Terms of Service

To provide the highest standards of care and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your dog we subscribe to the Code of Ethics of the National Association of Registered Pet Sitters (NARPS UK) http://www.narpsuk.co.uk.

Our terms and conditions are designed to give you complete confidence in the quality of our services and the peace of mind that your pet is being well cared for at all times.


Health & Safety

All medical and behavioural issues that may impact your dog’s or other dog’s well-being MUST be disclosed during the initial consultation.

For safety and identification purposes all dogs in our care must be chipped and tagged.


We require you to provide emergency contact details for yourself and your vets.

We will walk your dog on a lead unless we have your written permission to exercise them off lead. We will only exercise your dog off lead in secure locations.

No more than 2 dogs will be walked together at any one time.

Behaviour

Any behavioural issues MUST be disclosed during the initial consultation.
We

We reserves the right to refuse any dog that may be considered dangerous to their walkers, other dogs or members of the public.

We does not recommend walking bitches during their season and will discuss alternative arrangements.

At the initial consultation please disclose whether your dog is intact, neutered or castrated.

Payment

Can be made in cash or electronic bank transfer according to your preference.

Payment in full is required weekly for dog-walking.

·Payment in full is required at the time of pick up for day-sitting clients and at-home boarders.

We  reserves the right to levy a 10% deposit, upon appointment, for at-home dog-sitting and boarding, depending on the duration of the stay.

·Happy Little Paws London reserves the right to recoup the cost of repairing any damage caused to his property by at-home dog sitting clients.

Cancellation

72 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Happy Little Paws reserves the right to charge the full fee if this notice period is not observed.

We asks that any changes to existing arrangements for dog care are put in writing and emailed to HAPPYLITTLEPAWSLONDON@GMAIL.COM
